Five words, replaced at midnight UTC. Everybody gets the same five, so the score means something.

What makes this different from the other word games
Most daily word games are puzzles about letters: rearrange these, deduce those, narrow it down. They are excellent, and they test logic more than language. This one removes the deduction entirely: you are told the word, out loud, and the only question is whether you can spell it.
That turns out to be a much less comfortable game. There is no clever route to the answer and no partial credit for a good process. You either know where the second C goes in occurrence or you find out that you do not.
When five words is not enough
The daily puzzle is finite on purpose. If you want to keep going, practice rounds are unlimited and adapt to your level, aiming slightly above what you have been getting right so the difficulty tracks you upward.
Words you miss anywhere are collected and returned on a spaced schedule. Miss the same word twice and it is promoted to a Nemesis: it will keep turning up, at widening intervals, until you finally spell it cold.
Plays anywhere, installs nowhere
It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. There is no app store detour and no account to create. Add it to your home screen if you want it behaving like an app, or do not. Sound makes it work best, since the words are spoken, but every word also carries a written definition and an example sentence.
